1992 Gibson les paul standard bass - (ive been offered one)

Ive been offered a Black Gibson Les Paul Standard, arch top, Schaller Machines, the chrome p-ups rather than the bart's etc etc has a 3-point bridge rather than a Warwick one;

its a little bashed due to it being a working bass but all in all isnt in too bad condition and the fella no longer has the case for it,

what would be a fair offer for it?

Any guidance will be greatly appreciated :-D

Well I bought a 2nd hand one of these (tho sunburst) in 2006 and paid £650 for it. Was in great condition, and with case though.
