jewell1994
I'm from Southampton, would you be able to meet me half wayish and at what level does the amp start overdriving itself so that it isn't musically brilliant? Would it be okay to play in a band for small gigs as well?
Jarod
Ah sorry man Southampton is too far really, even halfway as I don't have a car and it's a bit much to ask of whoever I could scrounge a lift off. Just looking at courier prices now and DHL would be £25.95, not as bad as I thought! Or £7.99 + Tax on P4D, but I am a little skeptical of those types of sites. Regarding the volume it has pretty sweet overhead - starts breaking up around 3/4 on the input gain, but you can put the output volume to max and it'll still be clear (though you might want to step away from it a bit). In practice it's never above 1/4; I've used it at pub gigs at about half, and on smaller stages without PA support.
