Shockwave
Hey guys! Just got back from the shop, Shes ready! I put a new set of roto funkmaster bass strings on her and polished her up for a shoot. First of all a before pic. It was terrible, And i was really sad However, Its now back from repair, It took a few months, But there is a reasonable colour match and quite frankly i cant see any join where it was repaired, Its like a whole new neck! It feels really strong. And the cost of the entire repair job? £35, And thats cheap for rip off britain! It plays fantastic, Feels fantastic and looks like 100 dollars! Hows that? Rob. BigRedX
That looks like outstanding work! Who did it? just in case I ever need to send a damaged bass their way...
silverfoxnik
Excellent work and well done for not giving up on the bass when it looked amost beyond repair! These vintage BCR Eagles are great sounding basses and very underrated IMHO.. but then I have one, so I'm biased of course!
bass_ferret
Good job! They say that PVA is stronger than the wood if you wait for it to go off properly. It is still very f***ing pink mind

Shockwave
It was the Bailey brothers in Bristol. It takes them nearly forever to do a repair they are so backedup with work, But they charge 70's prices. I love them to bits. I am a very loyal customer so they charge less for me But they are still very cheap! Rob.
