spongebob Posted July 27, 2011 Posted July 27, 2011 (edited) Fender 50's Precision, MIM. Black with gold pickguard. Condition is as new. Less than 3 months old - only played around the house. No dinks, dents, marks or anything. Just a few, less than 1mm surface marks on pickups that were on them when it came brand new from Soundslive. I'm being over-picky here - but they are the only, even slight marks on this beauty! Comes with new and unused Fender deluxe padded gig bag. Re-strung with D'addario Nickels, 45-105. Pick-up only on this - located in Tenterden in Kent. These are just over £600 new - I'm looking for around £..now £450. Please drop me a PM if interested...or call 0784 770 4422 (mobile reception not great all the time - so please leave a voicemail and I'll get back to you). I did put this on a few weeks back, but never bumped it up due to wanting to keep it! However, this time it has to go.... Edited August 10, 2011 by spongebob

spongebob Posted July 27, 2011 Author Posted July 27, 2011 Ohhh...it's very light indeed, probably the lightest bass I've played. I'd guess around 8kg? Compared to my Geddy, it's a feather. Don't know if anyone can give the exact weight? it's not on the Fender site. But believe me, it's very light for a bass!
pierreganseman Posted July 27, 2011 Posted July 27, 2011 All basses are not the same weight... Like marcus miller series.... I ve seen tge "same" bass go from 4,5 to 5.2 kilo.... You will not find the weigh in fende site...
spongebob Posted August 7, 2011 Author Posted August 7, 2011 Week and a bit bump - should have bump'd this sooner! Very light, and as new...only 12 weeks old.
LemonCello Posted August 9, 2011 Posted August 9, 2011 This is the only colour combo in this model I'd have. The others (especially, the salmon pink one) bring a little bit of sick to my mouth! These have a great rep and this one is a bit of a bargain, Good luck, it really ought to go at this price, LC
