dmccombe7
Yep Big fan of Duran Duran bass playing too. Beggs is also a fantastic player now with Steve Hackett. There was also the bassist from the band King who i thought was pretty impressive. Can't say i was a huge fan iof the band though Dave
Clarky72
Just thinking now, I have actually most of JT's basses over the time. Aria SB1000, Stingray, Les Paul, Spector NS4 (not the 2) & Steinberger. Wish I'd never sold the SB1000 and still dream of an Ex-Factor one day too... I wouldn't want the liberator though, played one and it was a right lemon!
Mcgiver69
I have to come clean, JT was the main reason i took up bass. Personal favourites are.... Fame Tiger Tiger New Religion Go to Zero ( Powerstation) So Misled Rio Such an under rated player (IMHO)
Go to zero was recorded by Guy Pratt, he contributed with the name of the song and some of the lyrics too. HMX
Girls on Film and Rio are great. Ghost note mania. Night Boat for the cool harmonic bass intro. Lonely in your Nightmare for the melodic bass rundowns.
