The last time I went to my local music shop the chap asked if I could play.

Being modest I muttered something about not being very good

He told me to come back when I was good!

Since then, I have a few licks I play but mainly run scales

When I try out something in a music shop, which is not often, I usually just play the lines im currently required to play, they may not be impressive but its all I can do

Having said that , last time I starting playing shake a tail feather, before I knew it the drum, guitar and keyboard departments joined it and everyone outside started dancing
