Great. I love the way his tone is not at all tinny, and sounds like a bass should.
He's one of the very few slappers that I really enjoy listening to.

He's excellent and always comes over well in interviews. There was a recent one on Marlowe DKs you Tube site. Hes thought of as a one trick pony but has a lot of bass playing vesatility in his arsenal. Larry is great. A real character.

Really? I think the stuff that he's recorded on sounds great but any of the live youtube stuff sounds bloody naff..... just sounds like a one of those music shop slappers everyone always goes on about on here

I also think some of his tone comes from his "downstroke" style of slapping rather than hammering against the fretboard.

Went and saw him at koko last year Crez, Awesome show! Kind of makes more sense when your there and like lots of other slappers he can do root and fifth very well when needed.
Did I mention it was Awesome?!!
