phil.i.stein
Live Music in Peterborough is sadly due to close, probably by the end of the month. It's a shame to see it go. I bought my first bass there when i were a nipper, although it was Stix drum centre at the time. some bargains to be had, so if you're a local, pop in and see if anything appeals. RIP. Benplaysbass
Thats a shame, spent a bit of money in there when I lived in P/boro. Perhaps they've been squeezed out by all the takeaways down Lincoln rd.
doctor_of_the_bass
It is a shame and had things worked out differently, it would have been my shop one day! However, the shop has faced massive competition from the internet etc but all is not lost, there is a brand new shop open already in Orton Southgate called The Guitar Lounge and a certain local pro bass player with at least 68 basses has opened a small but perfectly formed bass shop on the premises, where he teaches the noble art as well....I wonder who it could be?!! Take care fans! Nick

charic
Just got back from a day out on trips to music shops. Popped into live music and picked up 3 timbre tones picks. Very nice they are too! Currently £2 in live music. Also popped into the guitar lounge and all I can say is go for a visit. Absolutely blown away by some of the gear in stock. Especially a custom overwater 6'er! Major GAS right now!
