Replacement Fender neck

I am "poking" around looking at replacing my J bass neck. I have heard good things about "mighty mite". Are there any other neck manufacturers, would I have to order it from USA or do they have a UK distributor. Unfortunately my budget is not limitless!

Mighty Mite is very good if you're working to a budget. The next up would be Allparts. Dangleberrymusic.co.uk do some decent ones too but they'd probably be less good than Mighty Mite.

OK, would these necks be machined to accept standard Fender tuners or would you be expected to do some "finishing off"

They'll pop straight in... you'll need to drill your own tuner screw holes obviously.
