Stag
Hello chaps/chapettes Throughly enjoying the fun that GarageBand offers us all on the iPad. However, the distinct lack of bass amps is a bit annoying. Anyone got any recommendation what to use to get a half decent bass sound? Cheers! Lee-Man
I use the Mic pre amp voice channel and plug in via an Apogee Jam, works well.
ThomBassmonkey
I tend to use the clean guitar amps (I usually go for the bright fenders). The EQ isn't where I'd like it but I get enough control to keep me happy. I have used the mic channel too though, I use active basses so I can control my EQ that way. Magnolia
I have managed to get a half decent bass tone on there with my ric. I use the "small brown face combo" with no effects. EQ is bass around 5, mid & treb around 6-7. Sounds good to me...I use an Apogee Jam, so can control the gain via that.
