Jazz Bass Volume Controls

Hey all, I'm looking to replace the standard black knobs that come on a jazz bass and replace them with 2 similar to what would be on a P bass (silver) with a slightly smaller one for the tone control. I tried just removing the ones from my Squier P Bass to put on my Jazz bass (Fender) but the type of pot shaft that holds them on is different. The one on the P-Bass are some sort of split screw shaft thing, while the pots shafts on the jazz bass are just bronze / coppery normal shafts.

If anyone could shed some light of the proper names of them, and if anyone knew where I could get a set of volume + tone controls that would fit on the desired bass (MIM Jazz)

You've pretty much said it- one is split shaft the other is solid shaft.
