The 260C has a proper 15 inch Black Widow speaker inside it, from when they used to make them in the good ole USA (circa 1979 i think)
The usual scratches and dings that an old combo will have, no idea of its history, probably been gigged at some time. As everyone knows though, that is pretty much irrelevant as these are rugged beasts, practically bomb proof, built solid as a rock.

The Mark II bass Combo has duel inputs for two basses, a built in compression switch, the usual parametric equalizers that these Peaveys have, as well as pre and post gain, etc. Also a preamp output on the front. Not too heavey for its size, and it has some decent wheels on it. 130 Watts @ 4 ohms and it has an output for another speaker. It might not seem much, but those are Peavey watts!

Will need to be picked up from chester due to its size. Willing to meet halfway or deliver for fuel money.

I paid £100 for it 18 months ago, so thinking of maybe £60. Its worth more but i only have the box room to practice in and want to shift it to make room for other stuff.

Here is a pic of one the same as mine, Will get a pic of the actual beast up tomorrow.

There is one of these in the Roadhouse club in Manchester, and it`s served as the in house bass amp for at least 6 years to my knowledge and does a fine job too.
Not bad considering it gets at least fifteen bassists a week using it which means 8 hours a week use.
Buy it, before I do!
