Evening!! - Bit late now but would like your comments anyway! - Saw this and got a bit trigger happy .....then wondered if it was a good buy or not!
Would apprciate anyones comments / advice etc.

As long as you're not expecting a Precision neck on this Precision (it's Jazz width on these Squier Precision Standards) then you'll be happy. I know a guy who plays a red one of these in a soul covers band and he's more than happy with his.

Well folks, I picked this up this afternoon and am well pleased!!! Bodywork in great nick, Neck all good, sounds great. few tweaks to action, but then thats down to personal preference. Pots were a bit scratchy but good old WD40 sorted that. Thinking I might stick a badass II on it and give it a refin in black ! Neck wise, as Neephied pointed out, it is very much a Jazz neck but as my main bass is a Geddy Lee , then I'm more than happy.
So, all in all a reet bargain for £70!!!!

just an aside (congrats on what sounds like a splendid Ebay purchase!).. WD40 - NO!!
Long term it'll make things far worse than ever; get a can of Servisol Super 10, that's the very thing for scratchy pots :-)
