These were coming up all the time on Ebay about 5-7 years and not selling, even for that price.

Can't say I'm surprised.
When the benchmark bass is still considered to be a bloody precision or jazz something this different won't get a second look from the majority of players, regardless of how good it is.

I'd snap this up if I had the cash, unfortunately I'm more skint than I've ever been in my life at the moment.
