MatthewKeys Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 (edited) Hey I have a red precision special deluxe bass that I bought in February 2010, which I am looking to trade for something.. I don't know what, yet.. but feel free to make offers! There is one problem with it, being that the jack socket is starting to play up a bit, but I will replace and fix it before I trade it. Apart from that, it's in pretty good condition.. a few dings (2-3, no paint has come off), and one deepish scratch but its not that visible. I have also bought a new perloid white pickguard for it which cost £40 , but it will come with the old gold one aswell. I will get pictures up tonight hopefully. For now, here is a picture on GAK.. although it looks darker in person http://www.gak.co.uk/en/fender-active-p-ba...-rosewood/15788 Collection from Maidstone only. munkonthehill Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 These are awesome looking basses. All the very best with the sale/trade buddy. Ive always fancied one of these....Oh so tempting haha
MatthewKeys Posted August 14, 2011 Author Posted August 14, 2011 (edited) Thanks ! They are indeed great basses, I just can't get along with the really slim neck. Perfect for someone who has small hands or just likes slim necks, though! Edited August 14, 2011 by MatthewKeys
Gust0o Posted August 14, 2011 Posted August 14, 2011 These are very cool, with the Jazz pup at the bridge - a lot more refined than your standard P bass, and with the advantage of being active. When I first listed my MIM P I had the option to trade for one, and can royally kick myself in the arse for missing out. Split P/J is a lovely rock combination
MatthewKeys Posted August 15, 2011 Author Posted August 15, 2011 bump! Pictures will be up very soon.
