garymilitia
This is my first bass and due to this I just can't ever part with it. The electrics are dodgy and the hardware is getting very tarnished and the body is dented and scratched. So I decided to re finish it. I'm writing this on my iPhone so will wait till I get to a pc to write full details but here are some photos. Sanding The top of the body sanded, but I I couldnd get the clear lacquer of from under the paint, so it went of to my grandad with all te right tools. All the bits Positioning the jazz pick up New electrics Jack plate

henry norton
Looks very nice. Natural Precision always has a bit of extra kudos imo.
garymilitia
It wont be natural for long, I need fill the dents in and then I'm going for a flip type paint like Doods Shuker hopefully if it turns out ok. I still need to get a scratch plate cut and some of the hardware will be replaced, so its going to be a long project, but its great fun.
