dangee Posted August 14, 2011 Posted August 14, 2011 (edited) 62 non-export reissue Precision in 3TSB. Comes with the addition of a Badass II bridge and a Wizard 'Trad' pick-up. Also comes with a hard case. The original bridge and US pick-up are included. There is some light wear on the bottom of the body and a scratch on the back- nothing serious. This cost me about £650 from Far East Guitars. The Badass II and Wizard added another £125. The bass currently has some sort of loose connection which means sometimes the sound occasionally cuts out. This hasn't bothered me as it's a back-up and it just needs a tap if it cuts out. It's a quick-fix but I will sell it 'as-is' for now at £485. No trades. Jean-Luc Pickguard Posted August 22, 2011 Posted August 22, 2011 That is lovely - looks very much like my '90 MIJ '62RI P A likely cause of the cutting out issue is that the jack socket has lost its spinginess - I've seen that on a few japanese fenders. If so its a ten minute job to upgrade it to a switchcraft 1/4" mono jack socket (£3.50 from axesrus) Great price - good luck with the sale
FlatEric Posted August 22, 2011 Posted August 22, 2011 I've been looking for a nice one of these for ages, if by light wear you mean no deep dings, consider it sold! Yippee. Will PM you. Cheers.
Pow_22 Posted August 22, 2011 Posted August 22, 2011 I can vouch for how good Wizard Trads sound in these. Mines sounds amazing with flats!
