mr.noisy
Hi there, I've bought this head here from SammyDamacy around two months ago, here is the link for original topic and pictures (hope you don't mind Sammy) - http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=...amp;hl=markbass I'll shot few more pics if required. So, since i bought this amp it's sitting on the cab in my bedroom and do nothing because when i bought it drummer left our band few days after and we don't play anymore and this is a bit too loud for bedroom playing. There is a lot of sratches on the head but it's in perfect working order. I'm looking for some small but great sounding practice combo. I paid for this amp 250 pounds + postage so ideally it would be a small combo + some cash my way depends on value of the combo, or straight sale 250 + postage. Peavey TX-210 cab, made in U.S.A. and serviced in Peavey U.K. (they propably fitted new drivers, but i'm not sure), good sounding cab especialy with that Markbass head. Only [s]£40[/s] £35 pounds, i think it's a bargain for that cab but it's collection only due to the size. I'm in north-west London. mr.noisy
I forgot to mention that everyone who would like to try and view my gear is more than welcome. I'm going outside UK for holiday from tomorrow (19/8) untill next friday (26/8) so i'll be unavailable at that time. When i come back and there will be still no interests in my stuff then i'll put it on yebay but to be honest i'd like to deal with somebody from basschat. Cheers! Regards Al
Hi Al, sorry for late reply but i'm on holiday. To be honest, i have no idea, i don't know how much it weights and this is collection only due to the size, this is the reason of bargain price and i have no idea why there is a lack of interest in this cab. Delberthot
Its surprisingly cheaper than you would think to courier a cab. Going by the dimensions and weight here and allowing for cardboard round it adding to the dimensions and weight I've just got a quote from interparcel for £6.99 + VAT Its their economy service and is normally UPS that collects and delivers it. mr.noisy
I'm really surprised why there is almost NO INTEREST in both of the items, these are great pieces of gear, especially Markbass head, i wish to use them but my family will kill me. I'm thinking about put them on ebay but i'd like to keep it here as i always have a great experience dealing with peoples from this forum. Maybe i should keep this gear for better times? Maybe i'll find new band soon?
mr.noisy
head is now on e-bay, price is a bit higher there because of their fees, here i let it go for 250 ONO - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...em=280731052413
