Could you please tell me this weighs over 9lbs and has a 40mm or wider neck?

Please?

Just to completely remove temptation.
Lol I don't know the weight exactly but it's not heavy at all so I guess it's under 9 lbs. I will find out. The neck isn't wide at all, so sorry :)

It is stunning.

Did you manage to find out the weight and neck width? For those of us to whom it matters - 'not very heavy' and 'not very wide' are not very informative! :)

Or, alternatively, where are you and/or the bass?

Are these really as good as a Gibson SG?
Similar money for used.

Looks Outstanding!

Well it's got active emg's and a through neck so it really sounds nothing like an sg. But i'll guarantee that its built better than the SG's (even the US ones) and sounds much richer.

I havent ever seen another one of these other than mine (http://basschat.co.uk/topic/10581-is-my-esp-worthy-of-being-considered-bass-porn/page__st__20__p__849540__hl__esp%20viper__fromsearch__1#entry849540) at gigs, on the tv or even on the net!

And at that price its a real steal! I waited 6 months for mine to be built for me in Japan and it cost me arount £1500 i think...

Bump! Low price for a beautiful bass!

Note: The weight of the bass is about 4kg, which ins about 8.81 lbs. The width from the nut is 40 and the last fret 63. The thickness from 1st fret is 21,5 and 12th fret 24,5.

I'm based in the netherlands but I try to sell it abroad because in the netherlands they only buy fenders and musicmans.

Yes it's a very good bass but Í'm more of a 5 string type of bassist so I need some cash to finance a 5 string bass.
