That BIN is slightly better than I would expect, but not outrageously good. The Streamer Stds were the forerunners of the Rockbasses, with the same cheap hardware, cheap woods and slab bodies. The only difference is that they were made in Germany, so many people try and pass them off at a similar price to "proper" Warwicks.
