It has all the documentation including the registration form and box. It has been used once in rehearsals but I soon realised that chorus is just not for me. Since then, it has sat in its box in my studio. I was going to keep it as a "just in case" but I'm not really ever going to use it live. These retail for between £150.00 & £175.00 so, for anyone that wants a "brand new" chorus pedal for only £80.00 inc shipping within the UK, drop me a line and we'll sort something out.
