Mike's communications were spot on - even supplying a tracking number that actually worked! My first ever. Bass arrived next day delivery, very well packed. Even after the transaction was complete, Mike went the extra mile (without me asking) and found the key for the case and dropped it in the post for me. Many thanks Mike. Excellent bloke to deal with - we sorted out our own couriers, and when the Jazz came, it was packed so well, it took me about 20 minutes to get past the first 17 layers of bubble wrap!
