tom1946 Posted August 23, 2011 Posted August 23, 2011 (edited) This is probably the best G&L I have owned, no it's better than that, it's the best bass I've ever owned but it's no good not being played so sadly it has to go. I really am upset at having to sell this but as said before, needs must. You all know how good these are, low action, big sound etc' plus you can play when the battery dies as it does passive too. £350 delivered, no trades, no point as I'm not playing for much longer. No offers thanks, I won't cry if it doesn't sell. thanks for looking. Edited September 13, 2011 by tom1946
tom1946 Posted August 25, 2011 Author Posted August 25, 2011 Have to say I'm surprised at this still being here.... But there again there's a lovely Aria for £100 too.

Carld Posted August 30, 2011 Posted August 30, 2011 Like us all we've played many a bass but the G & L's are probably the best bass there is and at that price I would have bought it but I just got the L2500 of BC and its just outstanding! Good luck with the sale.
MB1 Posted August 31, 2011 Posted August 31, 2011 MB1. As a Previous Owner this is definately one of the better G@L tributes ive played! Mustard! BUMP!
tom1946 Posted August 31, 2011 Author Posted August 31, 2011 Wow, played by royalty! I didn't know that Martin. It is a great bass with a superb feel and action, a buyer won't be disappointed.
Jakester Posted September 7, 2011 Posted September 7, 2011 I have the same guitar in the same finish - it's fantastically versatile, and a steal at £350.
tom1946 Posted September 7, 2011 Author Posted September 7, 2011 It certainly is, not much interest at the moment.
Gust0o Posted September 12, 2011 Posted September 12, 2011 It's still here as we're skint. I'm hoping Tom will keep it and keep playing, all told
tom1946 Posted September 13, 2011 Author Posted September 13, 2011 You know I'm feeling really sad about all this, I really don't want to sell this and I'm wavering now so I'll lay a fleece: If it's still here at 5pm today then I'll pull it, wife thinks I'm barmy and the head gasket's gone on my Focus, my back's keeping me awake at night so I guess I may not be making good decisions right now.
