Fitzy73 Posted August 27, 2011 Posted August 27, 2011 Hi , i am working on my lastest project (charvel p bass) , the back of neck had a few deep dings in it , so after some super glue and a bit of sanding i got it sorted . the only problem is that i rubbed a too hard in one place and took off some lacquer. so i need some amber lacquer to match it up . the only problem is i cant find it in ireland and cant get posted to ireland . is there anything else i can use or any diy lacquer / varnish etc . i have some clear lacquer but it doesnt match up .... Stacker Posted September 26, 2011 Posted September 26, 2011 you need this guy's stuff: http://www.manchesterguitartech.co.uk/ Steve's a good guy. I used some of his Amber gloss rattle cans and they worked a treat! Quote
