Could you measure how deep the base and saddles of the 3D bridge is? What I mean by that is the minimum height that the strings could be set to. I'm interested but need to make sure I'm not going to have to re-set the neck of my bass to compensate!

Schaller bridge the best 4-string unit ever IMHO, way more attractive and more configurable than a badass. Wish I could think of a reason for buying another one, but bump for some cool gear
