That's my thoughts exactly Fran, if someone wants one, and is waiting for one used to come up, they tend to go for a high value. Of course yours had the icing on the cake piezo, but its interesting to know if you look after you gear, you can get a good value for them.

Im still pondering getting one.

Well that particular Bongo 5 on ebay with some minor scuffs went for a very good price and free delivery incl all for £628.60!! Not bad, whoever bought it did well, the original case was also included in the sale. Attaboy!
