artisan Posted March 14, 2008 Posted March 14, 2008 (edited) i bought this bass new in January but unfortunately i can't seem to find a place for it in my band (i.e. i can't get on with the fretless thing) so it's going to have to go. its fitted with thomastik jazz flats & has had a setup to suit. comes with the rockbag & all the usual Warwick gubbins. i'm wanting £300 ish for it --hey its only 3 months old sorry no trades. martthebass Posted March 21, 2008 Posted March 21, 2008 (edited) Guess we all have to do the fretless thing at some point hey Neil? Some of us are daft enough to have tried it twice (my go for #3 at some point). Bump for a great bass - also it's got an ebony FB like a proper fretless should have (?). Feel we've got to big up the Warwicks for the w/end Edited March 21, 2008 by martthebass

David Nimrod Posted March 22, 2008 Posted March 22, 2008 When I'm on an unlined f/board I play in one of those esoteric 17 tone scales... And you know, I always get it right (wish I was a *real* musician!!!)
214of500 Posted March 23, 2008 Posted March 23, 2008 Do you accept body parts? i dont need my legs to play bass! Unfortunately i cant offer money as i have none....but have a bump. p.s. would you accept bumps instead of cash?

thisnameistaken Posted March 31, 2008 Posted March 31, 2008 Is this the same one that's on eBay? I think £400 is a good price but I personally don't like the ash bodies. Shame because I like Warwicks, I'm looking for an unlined fretless and I'm just down the road from you in York. Hope you find a buyer soon.

artisan Posted April 8, 2008 Author Posted April 8, 2008 oh come its got to sell at this price,i've got me Ampeg to pay for ! if it doesn't i'll turn it into a fence post or something
Jobiebass Posted April 8, 2008 Posted April 8, 2008 I played one of these on the weekend and I really love them. its a shame im looking to sell my bass not buy another. Awesome bass though, I couldnt get hang of no lines either, but sounds awesome! I found that H Flat minor key too. I can normally get it spot on untill I move my fretting hand up the neck and then im screwed. If someone can play unlined then id really suggest this bass, I dont like warwicks but I love this one. swap for a fretless lined MIM jazz??
NAS Posted April 8, 2008 Posted April 8, 2008 Hi Artisan, I could be interested depending on price and possible transport options (I'm in the west midlands). I'll PM you.
