Hi,

I`m selling a Status S-1000 (S60) in red

phenol fingerboard, headless,
incl. 1 Set of potis and jack, screws and strings

The bass is in very good condition and 100% original
It seems to be a special one because the S60 was official build in black and white.

The bass got some scratches on the backside and 2 or 3 small dings

Price: 420,00 GBP delivered
Location: North of Germany

I don`t know really, but it`s very easy the change between a comfortable fingerstyle playing
and the "under chin" slapbass position ;-)

Have you ever tried standing a bass against an amp when it only has one strap button?

It makes the bass balance so much better and makes the neck hang a bit more horizontal - very comfortable! My Series II has the same set up. I always use the low strap button.

the only time i've ever leaned my bass on my amp was with my schecter, and it's strap button is off centre so doesn't bother the balance. can see your point though

i thought (just by looking at it) that it would make the bass a bit too top heavy, making it want to fall forward

apologies for the slight thread derailment
