rob_89 Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 (edited) For sale is my Sandberg PM4 as described in the title in black with a maple neck and fretboard (no position markers) Really nice bass just to me its an expensive ornament now as i dont really play anymore. Im on my iphone at the minute so getting photos up tmra In Rotherham south yorkshire for collection or can deliver After £650, any questions please ask ! A couple of bits of cosmetic damage that i need to point out. Half the 'S' off for the 'Sandberg' on the headstock has come away, it was hanging off when i got the bass i tried to stick it back down but its finally given way. Also theres a knock on the back of the lower horn, not overly impressive but certainly cant be seen when its being played but needs to be pointed out. Usual bit of buckle rash across the back but hard to show in photos. Cheers, Rob Edited September 24, 2011 by rob_89

ezbass Posted September 6, 2011 Posted September 6, 2011 Basic, California, Bullet? A photo saves all that typing.
ezbass Posted September 6, 2011 Posted September 6, 2011 Oh yeah that's got it going on, very JJ Burnel on steroids. I can endorse this p/up config (it's the same as on my Basic) it's great sounding, with a goodly range of tones.
xilddx Posted September 7, 2011 Posted September 7, 2011 Rob, I sent a couple of PMs about this to you yesterday. I'd love a reply mate

throwoff Posted September 7, 2011 Posted September 7, 2011 Oh dear, I need a towel. Sandbergs are really really my thing at the moment!
fraff Posted September 13, 2011 Posted September 13, 2011 Have a "recorded with mine all weekend - awesome sound out of a PM4>3xfxBuzzbomb and PM4>Digitech BSW>DeviEverHyperion signal path" type bump. I think I've even confused myself there. Anyhow, great basses with lovely (IMHO) jazz style necks.
Mylkinut Posted September 13, 2011 Posted September 13, 2011 Almost bought one of these a while back, but it wasn't the colour combo I wanted. This one IS the colour combo I wanted, but now I have no money.
Bassdude BE Posted September 13, 2011 Posted September 13, 2011
If it only had one more string...
... it would be very heavy!
mike257 Posted September 14, 2011 Posted September 14, 2011 This is beautiful - have a bump on me. If it's anything like my JM4, it'll play like butter and sound incredible.
TRBboy Posted September 19, 2011 Posted September 19, 2011 Gorgeous, have a bump on me! If I hadn't bought one fairly recently I would probably be taking this off yo
gareth1982 Posted September 19, 2011 Posted September 19, 2011 Any interest in a swap for my immaculate black 5 string '97 Gibson Les Paul (Bartoilini p'ups and preamp?)
