It's probably come up before on some earlier incarnations of this forum but has anyone any experience of this German shop? I use Thomann quite a bit but I'm after a particular combo that no one in this country sells and neither do Thomann.

The Music Store guys seem to be pretty efficient so far but I've yet to take delivery....

I've purchased many things from there! Great service! The last time I bought an American Precision which sucked and I've send them an email that I want to return it and they arranged the whole thing and UPS drop by my place and pick it up and when it arrived back to musicstore I got a full refund!

Wow, that sounds like good service! How did you put it when you wanted to return it? Was there a fault with the instrument or did you just not like it?

Superb retailer. Have used them many many times and never been disapointed.

Compare to Thomann. Very similar price, stock and service. I can't recommend them enough.

have bought a few things from them...the people are nice and helpful, and the products are shipped quickly.

really recommend Music Store, Thomann and Musik Produktiv

I bought my Little Mark head from them.Excellent service.While I was in Cologne earlier this year I popped in to the shop.Freaking huge place with tons of great gear! I think you would be very safe ordering from them.

I have also bought many things from them and they offer a great service.

Not long ago I bought from them a Fender Precision and after two weeks I had the chance to buy '77 Jazz bass for a good priece. I told them I wanted to return it and they arrange with UPS to come and pick it up, didn't have to pay anything and got a full refund straight away... Of course I bought the '78 Jazz bass instead.

Just told them that I wanted to return it! No questions asked!

I really didn't liked the quallity of it, the neck felt like a squier cheapo!

Looks like a good selection of Fenders. I didn't know MMs came in different colours.
