cocco Posted September 12, 2011 Posted September 12, 2011 Just thought I'd share this with everyone. Im mega proud of it and I hope you enjoy it. Bass tone on the recording is a Sandberg California JJ through a dirty marshall on one channel, a darkglass driver on another and the good ole sansamp BDDI. The grabber in the video is mine. Here it is! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=19VIkWvelGU...utu.be&hd=1 I'd appreciate any feedback. Quote

Nyl Posted September 13, 2011 Posted September 13, 2011 wow, loving not only the video but the song as well Quote
cocco Posted September 13, 2011 Author Posted September 13, 2011 Thanks guys! The song was inspired by "moon" the film with Sam Rockwell in which was directed by Duncan Jones, who is David Bowie's son. Duncan got wind of the song and video via twitter and now our singer is being interviewed for his blog! We're all rather excited. By the way for anyone looking for a video this was made by GoLRG who are not only increibly talented but ridiculously cheap! Quote
Nyl Posted September 13, 2011 Posted September 13, 2011 i loved that movie too! and well done again Quote

I'd seriously consider using him if you have the urge. Fella has mad skillz Quote
FuNkShUi Posted September 14, 2011 Posted September 14, 2011 (edited) Cool track Cocco! Didnt realise you were in caesars rome! Wicked band too, seen you live a few times in Hobos. Know John from school too. Anyway, yeh, NICE! Edited September 14, 2011 by FuNkShUi Quote
Skol303 Posted September 14, 2011 Posted September 14, 2011 Like it. Very professional all round. The video must have been great fun to make. Although you need to tidy up your practice room a little! Quote
Wooks79 Posted September 14, 2011 Posted September 14, 2011 Loved the song and the video mate, well done to you all Quote
Gust0o Posted September 15, 2011 Posted September 15, 2011 Absolutely love it, Cocco. A really emotional song, I felt. Lots of bombast, but without over doing it. I've put it on my Facebook, hope you don't mind Would love to have a natter about how you find the Grabber too! Quote
cocco Posted September 15, 2011 Author Posted September 15, 2011 Thanks Gust0o your more than welcome to pm me with any grabber related questions i like talking about my armoury. Put it where you want, that's what I say! Quote
skankdelvar Posted September 16, 2011 Posted September 16, 2011 (edited) I liked that enough that I went and listened to some of your other tracks. Over the years I've heard a few new bands in their early days. On a very few occasions the hair's stood up on my neck and I've thought "They will be f***ing legendary" - Pistols, Clash, Nirvana, Husker Du, Foos. Join the list, matey. Now grab some exposure with both hands and all your teeth. Edited September 16, 2011 by skankdelvar Quote
ShergoldSnickers Posted September 16, 2011 Posted September 16, 2011 ⬆ Listen to this man. A great band is one that you instantly see as being far greater than the sum of the parts. You lot would baffle any firm of accountants. There is nothing groundbreaking about what you do in terms of the music, but the delivery and taste it leaves in the air is intoxicating, and that makes it all a bit special. All I ask is.... remember me when you are famous. Oh, and Skank. Quote
blind pilot Posted September 16, 2011 Posted September 16, 2011 Loved it - awesome track and video looks so nicely done too! Quote
