flyfisher
Yeah, but your alternative doesn't have "Mark Bass" written on it, does it?
lemmywinks
The Gig-Skinz ones are much cheaper, especially if you go second hand. I also got a bag off eBay for my Superfly, spent a while looking for a good fit and ended up with this one: http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=...hl=superfly+bag When i get a spare moment i'm going to line it with some thick PVC material from work so it's extra strong and get all the stitching sewn over, should be good for quite a few years. The seller also has quite a few other bags that would be suitable for micro heads but this one was the best fit for the Ashdown LG/Superfly. It's quite a sug fit without being overly tight so i think it's more suited to the Ashdown Superfly/LG heads. The seller has loads of bags though so i'm sure there's something for every head! chrismuzz
When I saw the title of this thread I knew straight away what it was about I have a backpack with a little padded section to fit a laptop in. My F1 fits perfectly plus I have room for all my leads, spares, tools, and even a packed lunch if I feel like 'going grandad'. Think it cost me about £12! Pete Academy
I have a Gig Skinz, too. There are many alternatives if you shop around. Don't mention the covers! Edited September 15, 2011 by Pete Academy

skidder652003
ive got an ampeg PF 500 and was looking for a gig bag and found that my old laptop soft bag fitted perfectly...free!
Dave Vader
I have my GK BL600 in one of them silver boxes that people keep camera gear in, was a fiver off ebay, and with a bit of extra foam is a flipping flight case!
dave_bass5
I had one of the larger MB bags for my SA450, paid about £85 and it was rubbish. It has holes at each end for the vents but these also let in rain if you have the bag on your back/shoulder. I also found the zip on the front pocket to rip after a few months. When I got my Ampeg PF 500 I was really pleased that it fitted into the TC bag. I have of course inked out the TC Electronics logo - my OCD would not have allowed me to keep it visible. Muzz
I've got a laptop rucksack - plenty of room for cables, tools, spares, etc, plus a slot which fits the RH450 perfectly. Rucksack on back, double guitar case in one hand, cab in the other, one trip load-in. Then I get collared to help bring in the pointlessly massive PA...
