nick Posted March 20, 2008 Posted March 20, 2008
Hi peeps, does anyone know where i can get a decal or maybe replacement truss rod cover for my ric copy(rickenfaker, rickenbugger, actual name, etc)???cheers Craig
I did have an email from someone in States a while ago, who made & sold fake Rick covers. I declined in the end - but will try to his address this weekend & PM it to you. I'm quite proud of my Japcrap 4001 V64. I also like the fact that on a few occaisions it has got up the nose of a few Rickenstapo. Just out of interest; what do you have, & why would you want it to pass it off as a Rick anyway? IMHO a decent lawsuit 4001 copy is way cooler. Quote

craigjf1969 Posted March 20, 2008 Author Posted March 20, 2008 Cheers Nick, its not that i want to pass it off or fool anybody(or sell it on as one)..i would like some sort of resembling logo for the headstock, instead of it just being blank...right now,i have just stuck a printed sticker on the rod cover to see what it would look like....anyway,i believe it is an electra! Musky Posted March 25, 2008 Posted March 25, 2008 You can always make your own, rather like Jon's own Rickenbugger. http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?s=&sho...ost&p=68966 Quote
