CS Jazz in NE - genuine?...

I was VERY tempted to bid on this and to collect if I won.... ..

...might have missed out on a great/special bass, but the seller refused cash (didn't comment on collection or request for photos of the back of the bass) .. plus I came across these with a standard search:-

... very 'familiar' + seems odd to list such a bass with 24h / BIN but no Reserve (in addition to refusing cash).

But, if it goes for a low price and is genuine I'll be kicking myself !!... (£800 with 5 mins. to run)

I'm pretty sure that this was a scam. I've seen those pictures and description up on ebay at least 2 times before. The last one got pulled down.

That's odd: ended @ £721 - with bid(bids) removed just before the end... maybe somebody had the same worries as me!
I've contacted the winner (Holland) to alert of possible problem: seems pointless to contact ebay (?!)

That's always too much risk for me. Just too much of a big red flag.

I should add that I did receive replies to me Q's (not always the case), but that these were:-

!!.. now I know the folkks of Washington aren't always the most erudite, but that's pretty strange and rather un-English construction (.. wth apologies to the people of Washington Tyne & Wear ... and DC .)
