New Site Problem - latency

Speed update:

Ben has resolved the speed issues with the server, which is now running as it should be. It's been tested and all the graphs/results say we are good now.

Any further speed issues are now almost certainly at the users end.

Can anyone help? I can't log in on my Nokia X, used to work but I recently cleaned up the phone and deleted all the cookies, now I can't sign in.

Went bad for me for about a month but the last three days it seems to be fine. Speed is good, functionality is crap (no emails, searches don't work, code al over posts etc), but at least i can read and reply now

is there some sort of maintainace at 2 - 3 AM ? I sometimes log on then and it goes very slow and sometimes times out.

IIRC that's when the server backs itself up and rebuilds databases etc etc
