search facility

Probably me being stupid, but where is the search facility that was at the bottom of the page on each forum?

If you look at the search bar/button at the top of the page - the text changes from "Forums" on the homepage to "This Forum" when you have entetred one of the sub forums and "This Topic" when you enter a thread

Thought I'd keep it in here as it's relevant, but I can find how to search within a thread but it just gives me the whole thread as a result, how do I view seperate replies with relevant information?

I could be wrong on this one, but it does not show the actual posts. It seems Thai you have to open the thread from the results and scan through - the words that you searched on are highlighted, which makes them easier to see when you quickly scan through.

Not the ideal solution, but I think it worked the same way previously - please feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

Following on from my post above - it seems that you can click on the box that denotes where you are searching - it gives a drop down menu for you to choose from.

Click on the cogwheel to the right of the search bit - it's the advanced search facility.

Thanks for that - I had completely missed that. (note to self: time to get eyes tested again)
