Tait
100% original apart from the volume and tone knobs (the pots are original). The pickguard is completely original with no cracking whatsoever. The chrome pickup cover and original strap buttons will be included.
am i the only one who is sure thats a seymour duncan pickup in there? surely in 1976 fender didn't supply their basses with seymour duncans? i dont think hes trying to rip anyone off because he has 100% positive feedback, im just a bit confused as to why theres a seymour duncan pickup in it (or at least, i think there is) when he says its all origional. Old Horse Murphy
It's mine!!! All original. Promise. The original pickup will be sent with the bass (and all the chrome bits and pieces too). I'll even send the original pickguard screws! I put it on last night. If anybody wants any more info, please PM me. Probably priced a wee bit high, but it is Ebay....would work something out for fellow BCer's Edited March 19, 2008 by Old Horse Murphy

Old Horse Murphy
I know I've not posted this on Basschat officially (soon to be rectified) but thanks for the interest so far. I would let this P Bass go to a fellow BCer for £1,100. I've been told it would be worth more, but it's getting no use whatsoever (it's not even got stirings on it at the moment!). I've just gor hold of TimmyC's Lakland Joe Osborn 5 stringer and it's fantastic!! It seems Jazz basses are the way to go for me. So, on that note, I'd consider a P/Ex with a decent Lakland JO 4 string or a Fender US Jazz (preferably a rosewood board) with a cash adjustment. Anyone interested at all?
