Very bottom left hand corner of the page you'll see....

....depending on what your board skin already looks like.

Just click on "Change Theme" then try uploading your pix again.

What's your OS? Maybe your security settings need adjusting....?

XP Pro, SP 3 - I'll try it from a different pc and see if makes ant difference, however I've not had a problem on this one before so it's a bit odd...
