Walter Woods amp MI200 - 8

I've just bought a Walter Woods Electroacustic amp, model MI200 - 8 blue light and, first I would like to have much information about this, because it's rare to find something in the web.... please!

Inside I saw the amp it was made in february 1997. Can you help?

Amp's serial (te picture inside amp is not of my amp) # 121295

And there's some dates: 12-02-97 06-23-98 Ai 07-26-98 08-22-98

and the round component says: P4228 8Y22 H7c1 Z

any help would be great just not for me, but for all Walter Woods lovers

WW amps are about as common as Unicorns over here so you're probably asking in the wrong place. I know there are a lot of users on Talkbass so you may get more responses posting on there.
