Just got to say a huge thanks to Aire Guitars and Strings and Things for their recent incredibly friendly and fast response to an issue with a well known coated 5 strings set bought via the Bay. A new string was on my doormat before I could throw another dart at a picture of Billy Sheehan.

I've had several emails ignored over the last few months by Strings and Things, I've had good dealings in the past (through the shop I worked at) but I've lost faith in them because of that.

It's good that you got sorted out quickly though. It's usually a good sign for the company involved.
