bubinga5 Posted September 28, 2011 Posted September 28, 2011 Have some top draw Jason Lollar Jazz bass pickups for sale... These are some of the best in the business when it comes to jazz bass pups..up there with Fralins, Nordstrand, etc...they sound very very good... There in brand new condition, still in the box... £100
Clarky Posted September 28, 2011 Posted September 28, 2011 (edited) B5/Andrew got these from me (I put them up FS still untouched in their box when I sold the Bacchus Jazz they were destined for). He tried them with an Audere preamp (no-solder connections so wires are undisturbed) but then also sold his Jazz and removed them again! They cost me £129 plus £5 postage - ie, £134 - from Charlie Chandlers Guitar Experience (link below). So this is a >25% saving for some as-new top-quality Lollars that have only been briefly used and have unsoldered wires. BottomE Posted September 30, 2011 Posted September 30, 2011 Bubs - i have an Audere on a Jazz. What was it like? Serious consideration going on here.
bubinga5 Posted September 30, 2011 Author Posted September 30, 2011 The audere is awsome... sounded very very good with the Lollars... you cant really go wrong.... i found this vid of some Lollars in a Nash.. he seems to have his tone rolled off on this vid.. much brighter near end of vid 2.40... and this is without an Audere.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WWZuchBYR1A
