[/quote] Two things can cause that, either the action is way too high and the string is being stretched too much prior to making contact with the fret, or the intonation is out. Quote

[/quote] Cheers dude dropped it at the techs this morning its going have service and full setup a little expense i could do without but the tech did pick up on a few things that i didn't recognise, so it should be worth it in the end. 10 days lead time though!
