tom1946 Posted October 3, 2011 Posted October 3, 2011 (edited) I bought this recently from a spy and it's mint, the reason I'm selling is that I'm now down to 2 basses, my G&L and this CV. I'm going to buy a USA Jazz and my wife will help financially to do this so can't say no to an offer like that and then I'll have my 2 favourite basses in all the world. Really nice Jazz this, plays great and weighs 9lbs.. I paid £200 and would like that back plus £10 carriage. Thanks for looking. Edited October 4, 2011 by tom1946

discreet Posted October 3, 2011 Posted October 3, 2011 Hnnngg... I'm going out for a walk. This had better be gone when I get back!

dave_bass5 Posted October 3, 2011 Posted October 3, 2011 Lovely looking bass. I have a Gotoh 201 bridge and Wizard 74's in mine. Fantastic neck and sounds just like a Jazz bass.

LiamPodmore Posted October 4, 2011 Posted October 4, 2011 Take off the tug bar (Easily done) and give it a maple fretboard i would be on it in a flash. Either way, the Classic Vibe series are awesome basses, and this is a rather good price for such a beauty. Good luck with the sale. Liam
dave_bass5 Posted October 4, 2011 Posted October 4, 2011 Its a real shame Squier dont do a CV jazz neck in maple. I too would love one for my CV Jazz. Ive just put a maple Lakland neck on my CVP but had it on the CV Jazz for about an hour, it looked stunning. I was tempted by the Matt Freeman but i really dont get on with P necks.
Marvin Posted October 4, 2011 Posted October 4, 2011 WILL SOMEONE PLEASE BUY THIS! It's . Buy it someone, I can't afford it. Oh yes, that's a bump
discreet Posted October 4, 2011 Posted October 4, 2011 Go on Rich, it's rude not to. Just cut down on the coke a bit this week.
Marvin Posted October 4, 2011 Posted October 4, 2011 Thank heavens for that! I think my shouting's worth a small commission by anyone's book though, don't you?
