Clarky
Make some lovely Thunderbird-alikes and I know chris_b rates his PJ5 very highly http://www.bassdirect.co.uk/bass_guitar_specialists/Mike_Lull_On_order.html
Musicman20
I saw this, they look great! I'm quite interested to see the pricing. Those Tbirds look amazing.
chris_b
Its great news that Bass Direct is stocking Mike Lull basses. They are a class act. I'm still loving my Lull PJ5. What a find.... thanks Clarky.... it's so easy to play and gives fantastic tone every night, right out of the case. I've had more compliments about the Lull than any other bass I've owned!
Darkstrike
This is both great news, and dreadful news. The dreadful part being the severe amount of GAS I'll be going through, especially knowing how helpful and easy to deal with Mark is.... dc2009
Oh wow, a vintage-look TB with 5 strings, that is unbelievabley lovely, I wonder if they do it in white, or spaceman sparkly orange? Still hate that whenever I want to look at Sandbergs on there, all I get is Mayones and Clovers.

PTB
+1 for Lull. I've played one like Chris B's and a 24 fret J5 and both were wonderful. Looking forward to trying some out on my next visit to Warwick.

LemonCello
Came away from Bass Direct this afternoon with a nice Vigier and a Stage Clix wireless kit. Won't be gassing for the Lull's just yet....as I'm skint! LC
Doddy
Ooohhh..... I was hoping that no one would stock Lulls, especially because I've heard that he's making a Bryan Beller signature model which I'd be very tempted to buy.
HazBeen
Great luthier (I have both an M5V and PJ5) and great shop.... perfect match as far as I am concerned.

Musicman20
Would love to be able to pop to BDirect more often but it would mean an expensive journey followed by a hotel and probably an expensive day anyway buying something! Then the girfriend would want to go to the nearest Topshop etc, and you see where I am coming from! These Lull's look fantastic. Would love a 5er/PJ/Sunburst/Rosewood. Passive. NancyJohnson
The Jeff Ament sig sounds interesting!
There's a lengthy piece in the current Bass Player magazine. JA wanted an over-sized Thunderbird shape (body is larger than standard 'bird), upsidedown headstock.
