It's definitely a Hamer - you can tell by the "Boomerang" inlays.

I've owned quite a few USA Hamer guitars but never a bass* - IMO they are the best guitars money can buy & are criminally underrated & ignored in this country.

*Edited because I always forget I used to have a Hamer 12 string bass - doh!

Does look similar to the Hamer Impact & Velocity, but the horns are different (less bent).

It's a through neck Hamer Impact. Not very common.
