Forums where posts do not add to post count?

Just an observation - do the marketplace forums no longer count towards your total post count? I know this has been the case for 'Off Topic' forever, but is it now the case for the marketplace since the forum update?

Sorry if I've missed this information if it has been posted elsewhere - there's a lot of information about the 'new look' site posted all over the place and it's very hard to keep up, I've almost given up.
