Band Bank Accounts

What's the best way of setting up a band bank account?

Also how have you guys set up paypal for your band? We're just making reverbnation and bandcamp stuff and want to be able to receive any cash we make (if any).

We don't..and unless you have multiple members in and out of the account, there is no point..and that can be fraught anyway.

We have one person doing the accounting for a particular transaction and then take it out of gig money. If the sum is large, one person will pay it, and the band owes that person,
so we set aside gig income against it.
