setting them up this way appeared to focus the bass response tightening it up and ridding the cabs of the muddy midrange which was present when set-up with the ports together in the middle or the top and bottom of the stack.

well jono, good news is I work in glasgow so would bring it through!

bought it in January this year still have receipt.

You really know how to tempt a man. Is this 4 or 8 ohm? Ashdown has very few specs on the website.

you know, in all my years playing I have not noticed any huge difference in speakon over 1/4 jack but someone please feel free to enlighten me!

please speak in practical sound terms as techincal specs dont do it for me.

It is though important to pair the right cab with your svt 3 pro.

I gig with my 3pro and other b410hlf, they are great together! the full range of this cab is perfect for the type of music I play - rock - while not causing any lower back pain when transporting to gigs.
