waynepunkdude
I'd say between £400-£
Brooks81
ok thats great thanks for your quick reply
waynepunkdude
No worries, TBH I'd go in at £425 and see if that gets it, they are great basses, very thin neck but I like that.
Brooks81
Yeah from what ive read on here and other places they seem to get very good reviews, ive had a CIJ precision in the past and was impressed.Ive never played the geddy lee and like you say the thin neck seems right up my street. retroman
Had a quick noodle on a Geddy yesterday, and the action was insanely low, and not choking at all!
Dubs
£425 would be a good catch - they've certainly gone for more than that on here.
waynepunkdude
I've seen one go for £400 before so you never know.

karlfer
Pick ups on these are slightly more growly than most jazzes. Wish I'd never sold mine
Muzz
I thought the output from the pickups was quite 'polite' compared to a lot of basses I've played. I love the neck, but I'd decided if I ever went for one, changing the pups was job no 1 on the list. Given the current list price, 425 for a nice one is a great price to pay. I'd certainly go for that.
ashevans09
awesome bass, you'll love it if you get it. Good luck! And really Muzz? Found mine to be quite a growly little thing
RhysP
I think these CIJ basses are up there with the USA made stuff.
Many people, including myself, would say they are far better than the USA made stuff.
ben604
Good buy, that. They're excellent basses. *cliche alert* - I wouldn't sell mine for anything.
Dubs
Yeah that's a great buy, especially with a hardcase + strings and strap.
dmccombe7
Well done. You won't be disappointed. I paid £625 in a sale at GAK few yrs back now but noted they had gone back up in price again. That's what happens when Rush decide to tour the UK This is my pick up and go bass and use for virtually everything these days. Great neck and basic passive controls. No stress All the best Dave

The Dark Lord
Geddy necks are very thin. Thinner than your usual Jazz neck. If you're used to a Precision, for example, you might not like it.
