Sounds excellent and I swear by it for my sound, only selling as I've upgraded to its big brother (the deluxe) purely for the DI capabilities. I like it that much I want the sound of this pedal running straight into the desk.

Out of interest, how would you compare this to the BDDI?

I have never tried the BDDI but there is plenty of comparison threads over on TalkBass, from what I gathered from reviews; the BDDI is a more hi-fi sound, where as the VTbass is more vintagey.

Obviously this is quite subjective though..
